    • This vehicle has a problem in the engine .the engine will not turn over completely there is something mechanical in t6he engine blocking the full rotation.No foreign matter in the cylinders camshafts appear to be free .We suspect there is a problem in the timing chain area. Further diagnostic would be required to determine the cause
